Its a cardiovascular workout...on basically...stationary bikes. Usually put to music - almost imitates being on the road cycling. (hehe what Lance Armstrong does in the off season, or to work on his techinique - for scientists to figure out how his body must be on the bike...for maximum speed while using less energy so that he doesnt tire out)...wahoooo tour de france |

I go to spin classes every thursday at the Goodlife at the RPM class, they spin house, hard dirty house, but mostly hard high NRG Madam Zu style trance that will make retahded sweaty.
