| congrats! I've always loved running to trance as I can keep going. I've never tried spincycling, but spincycling to trance has definitely got me interested |

| I've always wanted to try this but never had a chance. Since you say the first class is free maybe one time I'm in Toronto for a few days I'll take you up on that offer and check it out. I know I'd definatly feel more comfortble knowing the instructor...and also cycling to trance! |

I'm not quite sure yet...I'll have to put some thought into it...you can know one thing for sure Jamie...it will match from the shoes & socks...right up to the hair tie! |

Saturday mornings are perfect as I'm usually not there for much of the week. Do you have these every Saturday of the year, or is it only like 4 months at a time or something? |

We're open every saturday from 9am-12pm
9am is the first class of the morning and 12pm is the last class.
signing up wise...its $15 drop in...and thats it....first class is def freee though. |
