got an ipod mini and a PSP so no i wouldnt bother anyway :)
but i seriously cant see the point in having it for footage, the screens so small, just like on most mobile phones. its a completely useless addition |

MMMMM yeah id like to take my lap top to the gym when I work out... ohh and how bout hooking my lap top up to my car radio.. ohh yeah and when I ride my bike I want to carry my lap top in my back pack! Next time put some thought in to your post. |

for me, there is 2 major issues about that.
the screen: does it damage easily or get dirty quick since its a touch screen?
the battery: powering the larger screen with touch must kill the battery very quickly making it useless if you want to watch a movie.
otherwise, i'd get it if i didn't have my photo ipod and my brother already has a video ipod. we both love ours.
oh and if you think a laptop is a better replacement, try watching a video while in the back of a car of a small car with a laptop. or while working out on a bike or treadmill watching a video on a laptop. this has very good potential. i hope they support more media types then the video ipod.
