Honestly, to catch a REAL Mauro set, I recommend going to see him outside of LA... or better yet, outside of America. He plays way harder when he isn't in LA.
I've seen him a few times in LA and once in NY, and he was amazing (except for his set @ Independance, which I wasn't too impressed), but when I saw him in Toronto, it was a whole diffent story! :eyes:
p.s. if u wanna talk to mauro himself... go post on his msg board... he actually posts on there alot! ;) |

You werent impressed when he threw down NewTimeNewPlace......honestly not just cuz ima Picotto fan, i think his set was madness and quite possible better than PVD's......i dunno just my opinion.....but ide love 2 see MP in Ibiza.......... |

ok, the posts from yesterday got deleted cuz of updating the website or whatever... so i'll post again lol...
I've never been a newtimenewplace fan... but i did like how he played Darkroom at the end of his set that night! That songs a classic!!
I think the best set Mauro played in LA was @ Avalon, Oct. 2004. He played HARDDDDD that night... thanks to the signs that DJ Woody made!!! (the signs were my idea btw!) lol ;) |
