I cant tell if the OP is being serious or copied/paste that from somewhere else.

if you are:

Keep track of the tracks as they are being played, dont be a lazy listener.

hmmm... EDM fans for the last 20 years or so have been fine without times being listed on their tracklists. I think you'll be fine.

That is all.

@ Purple: if you listen to ASOT live than visit the tracklist forum, there you'll find out the name of the track imediatly.

And if you don't listen to it live, than you can make notes about the times by yourself.

Same goes for other mixes you listen to.

And of course you don't have to listen to the whole mix again. If you make jumps of 5 minutes you'll find your wanted track quick.

Just start to work by yourself instead of letting others doing the work you ;)

Are you trying to write a cue sheet or something?? I ask this because that's the only reason I can think of that you'd need to know exactly when the tracks start. Fair play if you are that anal and just need to know at 57:04 X track begins, but I think fast forwarding a few minutes at a time through the set works just fine.

Yeah Purple, i agree with you man. that would be nice.

ex.

Take a listen to ASOT 2006 and listen to Oliver Lieb vs. Preach - Papel (Preach Mix), in the start of song, you hear the words "Crackdown", the words in the next song Dj Remy - Crackdown, not only do you hear those lyrics, but you also hear the first measures of Remy's song on top of Papel...

Yeah thanks man, you see now you know about that because you know both the tracks. But when a n00b like me will listen to it for the first time, I will take it as one track. And all my subsequent tracklist identification in that set will go wrong. And in the end I am left with one extra orphan track, because I took two tracks to be one earlier.

Not really. It's just that all the tracks sound the same. Silly boom boom boom music.

You are talking like those ignorant people who think trance is nothing but boom boom boom. Get your ears fixed.
