Which order would you prefer when putting the following tracks in one set:

Agnelli and Nelson - Everyday(extended)
Armin - Blue Fear
Art of Trance - Mongoose(Tektonik Remix)
Atwater Syndicate - Caliente
BT - Believer
Chicane - Mojave
Galaxy - Higher Frequency
G&M Project - Sunday Afternoon (Original Mix)
Grinder - Runaway(Original Mix)
Jakatta - American Dream(Afterlife Mix)
Kaistar - The Promethean Groove(Deepsky Remix)
Lolo - Why?
Lp - Progress
Nickelson - Ying(Solid Globe Remix)
Patient Saints - Imperpetuum Mobila
Sasha - Xpander
Signum - In Progress
Solid Globe - North Pole
Son Kite - Massive
X-Trax - Plan 94(The Voyage)(Northface Remix)
Yellow Blackboard - Superfly(Andy Moor Remix)
Yellow Screen - Out of time

I know these tunes do not really match, but I was asked to create a set out of them so I will do. I am grateful for any help of you.

you only have 1124000727777607680000 possible combinations, it's not so hard to figure out which one's the best. ;)

Just don't play these back to back, as they're essentially the same track.

:thepirate yeah, a lot of these tracks sound pretty similar
[for example "Out of time"/"progress"/"in progress"/plan 94(the voyage)(northface remix)/even some elements of "runaway"]

This is exactly why I(as a n00b) need your pool of wisdom to suggest
a decent tracklist for those tunes.

If this is the wrong board for my concern, please shift this thread into the correct board.

Mate, if you want to progress as a DJ you've got to make the decision for yourself, not let other people decide for you.

Exactly man! Do it yourself, then put up with the comments and critisms as they come. Play for the right reasons... play for yourself :D

I'd say alphabetical...

so

keep it!

All sets should be mixed alphabetically!

actually skip was right.
it's 22x21x20x19x...x2x1 = 1124000727777607680000

I wouldn't correct someone at maths if you don't know how to do it yourself.

Take a scientific calculator. Enter the number of tunes (22) and press "!" after it. The answer is the total number of possible combinations, assuming that none of the set of 22 are the same. There's a formula for how the "!" key works, but I can't (nor need to) remember it.

1.12x10^21 is the right answer.
