june 12 is around the time of queen's bday.

Yeh June 12th is the Queens Birthday and also the start of the footbal (soccer) World Cup. I mention that because Australia are playing on the 12th and Fed Sq will be showing all the games on their big screen.
Also that day we will have The Big Issue - Homeless Football team -organising a penalty kick out in a net adjacent to The Vertex with celebrity soccer players etc. (tbc)
In adition to that... Sara B will be singing live that evening whilst celebrating her birthday.
So make sure you come down and make your presence known!

Just had dinner with my best friend and the same subject came up. To be honest, I'm worried about the weather in June since it's so cold at the moment!!!! Other than that, I have just programmed myself that I cannot fail, there are the charities and too many people involved for me to fail. The mindset I'm in is just trying to make it all come together and take place as planned. I'm not worried about breaking the record and reaching the target as I just cannot fail everyone who's commited their time and energy to the project.
EXCITED!! yes... Worried...NO, at least not yet. Bring it on I say and let me play for you as good as I can with equipment that can stand up to the challenge, and let's reach my target for the charities and lets have an awesome time with everyone enjoying themselves in the process.
Why Melbourne, because that's where I'm living right now, and now is the right time in my life for me to do this.
Thanks for your words of support and thanks to everyone on Tranceaddict for everything you've written.
I hope you'll all enjoy the show and join me for the ride!!
