pretty much my thoughts, however there are odd occasions where they work. I have a friend who has a couple & they're cute, cos they suit her look, however people who have them, esp lower back just looks cheap because it's so common. |

im taking my father to get his first tattoo on tuesday, he's 55. im such a cool son =)
he's getting a snake tattoo'd on his arm, outside shoulder area and im turning his design into a half sleeve and wrapping the same snake around my bicep and throwing in some japanese elements/swirls, a lotus on my tricep, and a big old star outline on my inside shoulder there the snake should be wrapped around both the lotus and the star....those are my 3 family members, snake my dad, lotus my mother, star my younger sister...i have my reasons and i can accept them to be on my body...
i waited 4 months for the consult and additional 2 months for the sit...ing long ass time dont you think |

| I have three tattoos. They're rarely ever seen though, because they're private [and in locations where they're barely visible]. I didn't get them to "show off", I got them for personal, private reasons. And my boyfriend thinks they're sexy. :) I love most tattoos... I hate tribal. Tribal can't mean anything to anyone. |

I waited till I was damn sure I wanted to get inked. 25 years.
I don't advetise at work, i work for the feds in the states, but when I spin I get comps all the time about it.
