im calling that i need to get my rubber waders out to get through all the bull that has built up.... ohh well all in good nature then.. almost makes me wonder if i should post some ed up i did and say its hardware becuase itd be cool to claim hardware produced the ed up sounds but if it was software itd get laughed at simply because software usually makes shotty sounds to begin with where as you have to make hardware make shotty sounds.

Get a 606, it is the 303s brother, looks like it, and is retardedly oddball compared to the 303. Costs near nothing too :P

Meaning, your music sounds like it was made in FL 3.56 with the stock sounds.

Yeah werd, you talk yourself up way too much dude.

You seem to think of yourself as some kind of prodigy. I'll tell you now, any idiot can make some random and say "i'm ahead of my time, in 8 years this will be the thing, youre all noobs" w/e...

Get over it.

Hey. Thats seriously no way to move through the EDM world. Its all about friendly connections. Talking yourself up or chasing people away only closes chances at meeting the people you need to to get your stuff out there. I'm totally self taught and have been going for almost 7 years now. I have tons and tons of connections though. At any time that I need, I have several people willing to sing for me, other willing to give me creative ideas on songs, even more to give me constructive criticism. Try not to talk yourself up here. Even the title of this thread offers a serious cocky attitude and the people here will call you on it. There are a lot of professional musicians here that have worked very hard to be as skilled as they are. But throwing around an, albeit impressive, list of hardware doesnt guarentee that youll know what youre doing with it. Honestly, I thought for 8 years of work, which is a year more than I have to my record, I would have hoped for a little better structure and with so many choices of hardware synths, some better sound choices. Just be mindful of who is really on the forum and know that being nice is the only good way to learn.

Cheers,
Zac

Your mum isn't really the best judge imo...

That said, the only reason people give you is because you dont take any criticism, and basically say that you're the bomb and that everyone else is noob.

If you were so tanlented you'd be famous or lots people would actually like your music, grow a dick.

And don't pretend like youre not still going to read the forum, i bet you'll make a new account just like every other wanker that gets called out.

I built such a massive studio for use by me and all fo my friends who produce, bought broken to fix, and i just like to collect hardware :)

Mind you, theres no way in hell to have all of these hooked up at once, so i mutate the set up for diffrent projects. Its nice to have everything you need around.

honestly if you want some real hardware why not get a analog and drop a lot of the crap? I dont see how you could ever perform a live gig with all that gear, you would need your on personal tourbus to carry it all... Live for me is virus TI + live +some fader foxes on a macbook..... No sense in hurting your backing carrying all that gear to perform live.
