[Trance] Alphazone - Revelation (Lindo Remix)

Hello everyone! Just wanted to post this remix I started. Wondering what you guys think of it. I've put quite some effort into it and I'm hoping to finish it very soon. It's running at around 2:30 right now.

| this sounds nice rite from the start, i like the bass, nice synths riseing......well uplifting im like this, the pad synths on the build up need to ither not be there or be hushed, any way sound good so far, pm me when its done other wise i might not here it. stay safe and keep it up. |

start - sounds well balanced. kick lacks lusture. make it punch more me thinks..
overall sound is quite professional.. the sound is just a bit generic imo. it kind of sounds a bit dated. synth choice and arrangement.. however i dont follow the hard trance scene..
well made and quite clean work

| Thanks you guys. Yeah I'm actually working on designing the main synth sounds but I got really tired because I was pulling an all nighter just so I could work on the tune. You'll hear the real synths once I finish them. The pads are stupid. I don't know what sound I want to use yet and all that garbage. I'll tell you guys once I finish the track :) Thanks for the advice rich on the kick I thought it was fine for a moment but a strong punchy kick would definitely do the job. Just wish I had actual monitors...I'm currently using some Creative T3000 or something pc speakers. Definitely not something good so the lower frequencies are quite difficult to work with. | The beat sounds really good.. However I must say that I did get abit put off with the standard alphazone lead sound! I was hoping for something more original - something I haven't heard so much. But I must admit that it's sounding good! It's hard to do anything to those great alphazone melodies, but you did an ok job with it! :) |

Nice work but perhaps a little bit to speed for me...
I don't really like speed trance, I would say, It's cut the energy of the track.
Perhaps change the kick too, or compress it with the bass.
But nice work:) |

Gave it a listen.
At .21 I really like the energy so far
I like the pseudo-break at .4 taught me a little.
I think the arp at 1.11 is very nice. The second break next is more forced and too remniscent of the first.
The track gets messy at 1.49 (better than anything Id do, I mean compared to cds)
Overall its not real creative, but smooth and sounds like an avb spin.
I think you did fine, just not much to work with to start.

| yeah I'm going to have to get some decent monitors because it's always hard to create a good kick with crappy speakers. Thanks for the input guys :) Thanks for the reply Majutsu I appreciate it :) Yeah it's mainly the filtered pads I have going on that might cloud up some of it. I've been working on it for a little while and I'll upload the more "interesting" version. That's basically something I whipped up last night and a little of this morning. I appreciate the replies everyone :) |

Just did a little editing of some synth sounds and what not because I didn't like the typical synth sounds I was using. I'm almost finished with the track just gonna add to the outro, but here goes what I had before just with different sounds and a few different rhythms and no pads during the breakdown. Here goes an updated version.

straight into action from the start. is that how you intend to keep it? havent heard the original so i dont really no which sounds are yours and which are the original although i like it.
i think its quite standard trance. try and add something unusual to it, something that says its yours.
mixing levels all sound good
good track would like to hear the original tho so i can compare them.

| this is pretty nice... i like the 404... now that's what i call a remix. kinda bored with supersaws lately... this is some bold move dude... keep it up. however, i'd prefer the track to be less crowdy (clarity is a plus for me, so, try considering taking off some stuffs to make the rest outstanding) |

| Thanks I'll definitely make it less crowded. It's more of my poor eqing job. All the filters going on at once is good and all, but the pads aren't sitting correctly in the mix. I'll have to try and fix that, but thanks a lot for the input. I'm going to post the finished version later today. Thanks guys for the input :) |
