What was the maximum time that you have danced?
Does the matter of fact that I'm not in shape might cut me off after two or three tracks (as I expirienced before) or there is a good way to keep your strenghts all over the set?
I'm not much of a good dancer but I'm trying to have fun hehe.
Anyway any tips about that too?

Dancing is a great way to keep in shape so just dance, but also to get strength i'de suggest do some working out and or running or biking. I'm not a big one in working out, like say a gym, but I run and bike a lot in the spring and summer, and do stretches. And dancing, well with esp EDM, you just "feel" the music, there isn't a set way to dance unless your a professional dancer hired by some club or a promoter or something. It isn't quite like the disco era with choreographed dancing lol.

TAKE BREAKS TOO!!! don't expect to dance the whole time, believe me, i've almost passed out before at clubs and I passed out at a school dance in 10th grade (haha)..and it's hot in those clubs!! drink plenty of water, not red bull or just alcholic drinks or beer...hydrating yourself is important. The maximum time i've danced was about steady for about 45 minutes without a break, but that was at a school dance (the one I passed out in). Most of the clubs i've been to...there wasn't much room to dance. I was either in VIP or the dance floor was small and crowded.

I've danced for like 4 or 5 hours, but I would always take 15 to 20 minute breaks in between, at clubs or events.

No drugs involved except for a bit of alcohol.
See thats what I'm talking about.
Pepole dance 4 hours in a row and I can't make 3 tracks.
Thats the big problem.
So working out is one way to solve it, any other options you suggest?
Again no drugs.

Omer.

i exersize a lot with things that would help me dance, and dance for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours non stop, 3 nights a week at home on wood floor

tai chi or other martial arts will help a LOT too

they help me infinitely!
