Right now I'm not making a living out of this (baby, wifE & moving country puts a dampnEr on things), but I have done so for a long period (With many *GASP* Vinyl rElEasEs), so be cautious with ovEr gEneralizations and assumptions. |

Secondly, what with this ganja sh*t?
I said if it sounds good when you make it sober those that are inclinded to E will think it sounds awesome in the club.

Ultimately it boils down to what works for you. For some they require getting twacked at least somewhere in the process in one form or another. For others they drink Organic, fresh pressed orange juice and don't smoke or drink.
In the end it's irrelevant, if the track is truely great it will speak for itself.. The problem with any form of drug is that it makes it easy to loose perspective, but the problem with being sober (Or at least doing this without ever having beeing in the mindset of someone in a club) is that the difference between a medocre sound and a slamming one is actually very very small, and if you're "tuned in" I find it personally easier to hit the mark...
These are my personal opionions and I do not condone, nor encourage anyone doing anything that is naughty where they live... |

| a new tune won't come out after a lot of pressure.i believe that the producer should take breaks(i don't know how big this "break" is going to be) only to relax his brain because a tired brain simply can't work.ideas won't come out when you want it.nobody knows.so no pressure at all is needed when you are producing something.:whip: |

Years of social conditioning and government propoganda and suddenly smoking a plant is something people "don't condone" and consider "naughty"?
