here is a pic of the car before i bought it

Running 280 bhp at the fly, gives a 0-60 in about 5.2 seconds. :D

some more up to date pics with my friend sara and her sister doing the obligatory model shots lol

lol

Nissan 200SX S14a with full drift spec modifications including Cusco Front and Rear Strut Braces, Cusco MZ LSD, Cusco Rear Upper Arms, Tein Flex Coilovers and Whiteline Antirollbars.

I have an Apexi SAFC-II waiting to go in, some 550 injectors on order for full stage 2 (300+ bhp) and some carbon fibre rear overfenders to go on.

:)

EDIT: its got a different front bumper on it now, a Version Select Type 4, and an obligatory drift wound on the offside rear quarter...hence the carbon fibre overfenders on order to cover it up lol

Well the biggest engine that honda did for that prelude was the 2.2 VTEC...not much you can do to that really apart from aftermarket full exhaust, including manifold, more aggresive cams and air intake. Unless you want to go the whole hog and turbo/super charge it.

Its all about turbocharged cars ;)
DJ Legs
its an integra engine... H22A, its very popular in japan, and in racing hondas. it has full exhaust including DC Headers, cold air.. ect ect. check it.

Tsudo pipe... wicked freakin loud

u can see the cold air tube. if i keep this, i am gettin a turbo.

engine looks bad there, thats like the week i bought it. its alot cleaner now.

ah yes the engine from the Intergra Type R. Yes it is a good engine.

Your exhaust pipe seems to be positioned in the wrong part of the car :p

Turbocharging NA engines here isn't done very much as its very expensive. It'll cost about 6000 GBP to turbocharge the H22 engine. It costs a little less to supercharge the B16a from one of the tuners local to me...about 4k.

Most of the engine tuning was already done to my car before i bought it, but to get the SR20 engine to 300 bhp only costs about 1500 pounds. You can get 350 bhp with a bigger turbo (Garett GT28RS, HKS GT 2530) for 500-800 more. Absolute bargain.
DJ Legs
well i dont know much about pounds.. but i can get a good garret turbo for 1600USD. i dont know alot about this engine tho, but i do know its good.
haha, in america the exhaust is normally to the right :) and the drivers seat is to the left.

dj_mdma
its not so much the turbo thats expensive (even though that Garrett turbo you speak of seems expensive...1600 USD is about 1100GBP. That will buy a Greddy TD06-25g turbo (rated to 450bhp))

its reworking the entire engine internals to low compression to be able to run the turbo. pistons, conrods, you'll need an intercooler, boost controller, different manifold, cams, ECU etc etc etc, everything has to be overhauled. You'd proabbly need a stronger clutch as well. And add to that the labour charges for the tuners to work on the engine, and you're looking at lots of cash!
DJ Legs
the 1600 includes all that stuff :) i wish i knew more about cars, but eventually i want a nice M3
