Wandered across this album in a used cd shop in Salt Lake City. Pretty pleased.
Any others heard the record. Sort of old, 2000 release. Couldn't find it when searching the boards for skazi in 2000.
It's pretty tweaky psy trance. (If you know who Skazi is then duh.)
Like a lot of the tracks are focused around samples from Fight Club.
Anyway, I love it. Just thought I'd share.

i dig skazi stuff too.
some of his tracks are cheesy as hell but others are pretty damn good.
alot of people who are into psy say he's though.

I know what you mean. My friend who's been into Psy a lot longer sometimes referrs to Skazi as "the blacksheep of the psy scene." He can get very cheesy. Who can forget his remix of Bennasi's Push Me track?
I know what you mean. This first album release is pretty much sticking to the staple-psy. Hard, driving, minimal melodic progression, crazy effects, you know: reasons people don't like psy, SOMETIMES.

skazi shouldn't even be mentioned :nervous:
his music and that Chemical Crew label of his are indeed the blackest sheep of the psy world. thick smelly cheese with a cherry on top :o
There's way better psychedelic music out there, however if you like his music, just keep listening to it. I mean people listen to markus schulz too. Nothing to be ashamed of. :cool: |

Pretty much everything post 2000 of Skazi seems to be cheddar.
But I won't be fooled by cheddar-haters. It's all good brother :) .
Speaking of which I got that remix of the Benny Benassi track on my mini-disc player. Funny thing is, the next track on that is Chris Poindexter - Darkness (Ticon Mix) - which is anything but cheese.
