and now like half the ing buttons stick... bad. anyone have any advice? should i bother taking it apart? it's a pretty nice controller (nYko airflow)

Taking apart controllers is easy. I took my ps2 controller apart and installed a magic switch. Unfortunately I had to remove one of the things that makes the controller vibrate.

| face it, your controller is shot. you'll never get rid of dried up mountain dew...... i once spilled faygo, a really cheap cola product, on a keyboard and i tried to keep using it, but after about a week i gave up. |

I spilled MD on my keyboard last summer,and I thought it would stick, but it didn't.

| wash or submerge in a bowl of alcohol (non drinkable type) let fully dry. problem solved until you spill dr. pepper on it. |
