sure, let's just not throw the book at these guys yet. bitch tells a story, and there's only mild circumstantial evidence, nothing of a crime, only placing her at the scene.
sure, it doesn't look good, and i hope they get prosecued to the fullest extent if they did up, but you all know very well, if a girl is naked around drunk guys, she can just make up a scenario. |

| Prosecutors are pushing for up to 20 years of jail time, but theyll plea it down for sure. Police recovered the girls fingernails from the bathroom, which she said were torn off while clawing at her assailiants. Skin in excessive amounts suggesting that would be a huge case maker against whoever is charged. |

It would be a nice block in their case if they could get a DNA match.
I was reading another side article and it mentioned that many of the bible belt communities felt like she brought the rape on herself but that they disliked the racial slurs. That seemed a bit odd to me. |

There are possible NCAA violations not to mention federal hate crime implications if these accusations are true. The president of Duke probably has more information about the case than press meaning he/she has more information to decide what's in the best interest for the university and the team.
I honestly don't believe this incident will affect alumni donations nor admissions. Duke turns away way more applicants than they accept, and alumni probably won't base their donations on the supposed actions on the lacrosse team. |

| I don't necessarily mean admissions and alumni as a whole, but African American support would definitely fall, especially if they dont feel Duke's president did enough. |

If you see what I'm saying, I'm just playing the card to balance the one-sidedness. While it looks bad for the guys, I'm on neither side of the fence at this point, and anyone who is has no good reason except prior conviction (which is not a good reason) to support that stance.
Let's let physical evidence give us reason. Remember, the girl's a stripper. We all know about strippers and the lives they lead. However, they can still be raped, so let's make this a 0-0 game until evidence gives us reason to believe otherwise, because I could very well put together a skit based on what everyone knows to date that makes the girl look guilty as ing sin. |

At this point the accuser is just as guilty or innocent as the suspects, so we'll have to wait until the DNA test results are processed, which I'm guessing will take a few weeks. |
