Just wondered if anyone has actually used Reason for Producing a Trance track and had it released? do you you still use Reason?

Hello! yes many producers use reason. I dont any more but i know a few released guys that does. So learn it well! Use the power hehehe

i produced space guitar and for your eyes only entirely on reason, besides a few details. even now i use it ALOT. As long as you dont limit yourself to it then it can be a very powerful tool. back it up with another sequencer that supports vst and has a proper audio sequencer included and you will be sorted.

I re-wire it through Floops, it just adds an extra dimension not to mention that you just gotta love the Combinator patches you can make on it.
The reason I use it with Floops is that I still feel that I want to use my other VSTs like FM7, z3ta+, Pro-53 and Atmosphere.
As Mike said, don't limit yourself to it but it is a fantastic tool if that's the only think you have access to.
Just to give you an idea of it's power, Liam Howlett wrote pretty much the whole of 'Always outnumbered, never outgunned' using Reason 3.0, so it does have pro capability. It's all in the hands of the user.

| Well ive been using Reason for 4yrs now. Produced all my tracks on it. Although i use a lot of samples and refills. But i love it. Used to use Logic, but cant afford it. Will get Cubass SX next year and link it up to Reason :D |

They only did their last album on it but mixed and mastered it in Logic and used the effects in Logic. |

| they use logic with reason rewired. they use the dr rex loop player mainly and you asked did anyone have a track released using reason and they did. |
