What do you like to eat for breakfast?

Ceral sometimes
I like egg whites, sasuage, cheese on a roll if I'm at work or on the go.
If i'm sitting in a diner or rest. I'll take them sunny side up with corn beef hash and toast.
So what do you eat for breakfast? |

pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage & cheese on a biscuit or roll, biscuits and sausage gravy, bankers omelettes, spanish omelettes, bagels with cream cheese & lox, eggs benedict, roasted artichoke hearts, hash browns, breakfast potatoes, chocolate croissants, coffee and cranberry juice, etc... god damn there's just sooooo much delicious breakfast food!!
i usually only eat breakfast on the weekends though... if i eat anything during work it's usually coffee and a granola bar, or donut holes if someone brings those in to the office.
now i'm hungry. :( |

| Usually oatmeal and protien shake or bagel and protien shake. If I have time, 5 scrambled egg whites & 1 scrambled egg. Sometimes peanut butter on the bagel. |

yea but i almost wish it was still breakfast time... 'cause now i'm really craving a sausage & cheese biscuit from McD's!

yea i'm a protein shake in the morning type of guy...
isopure zero carb vanilla, half a banana, 4 frozen strawberries, 1 scoop of glutamine, 3 caps of glucosamine w/MSM, and 3 ice cubes...
i also enjoy peanut butter on wheat bread with slices of banana in it |

| cereals... with maple sirup, sometimes bagels.. I really hate breakfast, not enough choices and I'm not often hungry when I wake up, so its more like a snack to me. But since its an important meal I try to have it as much as I can |

Sometimes wet. Sometimes dry. Depends on mood. I don't like big grains, either. |
