i think you people are overreacting
he spent time in jail for a reason and just wants to be left alone
pulse24 almost always exagerates about a "HOT" story just like they did with 12yold being stabed at a club, when she was just cut and not stabbed by much music. Also he only attacked asian women. Not saying its a good thing but like i said you're overreacting. Women should not be walking by themselves past 11 or 12 am anywhere and thats a known fact. Need to get somehwere urgently get a taxi. |

well on CTV last night they said police relised his name and pic since they believe he's most likely to commit something like that again... |

As far as I'm aware, if someone breaks the law, citizens are allowed to apprehend that person until the proper authorities arrive. Would that not apply to York security?

How is this overreacting? Sexual predators a highly known to reoffend. And just because he only has been known to target asian women, this does not mean that he will not branch out, especially if he intends to continue his ways.
Also, remember that he has to abide by these rules. Note number 3 and 4.
* Reporting weekly to police
* No contact with his prior victims
* Not to attend any public park
* Not to attend any university or college campus or school
* Not allowed to possess firearms, weapons or non-prescription drugs
* Not to be with any person known by him to be involved in criminal activity |

To reinterate some safety points
-walk in groups during the night when possible
-use the route that has most human activity whenever possible
-trust your instincts. if you think someone is following you, find a well lit area in with other people around.
-self defence classes help
-carry a whistle (put one on a keychain). whistles at night are LOUD and it's a good way to attract attention |
