Let me say thanks to all the crew that pulled this out, good effort. Ill say this and keep it as objective as I can. Hernan played a good set, yeah , "good". Ive heard Hernan play better music before, and I used to be a fan. I don't dig his electro style, its just "jumping on bandwagons" I guess. However, the crowd was off the hook, everyone was having a blast and I guess that made the event more tasteful. Randall Jones, what can I say, cool guy and great warm up by the way.
On the other hand, Its time Austin takes a taste of real djs like Sasha, James Holden, Damian Lazarus, etc. Im perphaps more into the darkser side of things :p

Electro is actually stuff like Dr. Skunkenstein, Bass Junkie, Jackyl and Hyde etc. 80s type "video game like" music with robotic voices etc. The beat is similar to breaks.
what people call "electro" is actually some different style of house and is nothing similar to real electro. The term electro house dosen't really make any sense either...but i guess it helps define what DJs like Sasha, Steve Lawler, Desyn Masiello are playing lately. |

Im just expressing "on my thread" my thoughts of Hernan's gig. I've seen Hernan play in WMC's RA party last year and he rocked it for four straight hours. Friday night was ok.
Now man, you're calling me a n00b on my own thread?
Go back and play your pac-man, maybe you can come up with some better "come backs" while you're at it.
