Awesome ing night at Helsinki! Just got back from Ottawa now. 80 min drive!!!
More too come. Also never going to Surface ever again. Way more cracked out people then at Aria. Also of short asian people (totally high). I aint being racist but wow. Wasnt expecting that at all.
One thing also saw this girl she was totally ed in the head dancing around everywhere... she for sure took to much drugs!
One thing.
Surface to me is like Aria meets Stereo but just more sketchy lol.

One thing I honestly have to say Helsinki has the hottest barmaid!
The dancefloor slightly larger then Aria VIP section, which is pretty wicked.
Soundsystem really nice!
I can go on and on. Oh yah the women are pretty hot I have to say.
I know Aria and Helsinki are way different one a club and one an afterhours.
Montreal really needs something similar to Helsinki.
Like a smaller version of 1234 or something. Thats probably what Myst is like. |

| One other thing I liked about being in Ottawa. No one can smoke inside! Sweet. Can not wait for Montreal to be like that. |

Can't say I saw much of that before I moved but times change!
I can't wait to see Laurent Garnier at Helsinki.. talk about intimate environment to see such a legend!! :) |

I haven't been to Surface since they did a bunch of renovations but I will be there next weekend when The Machine finally play there!!
anyway... I understand why you weren't crazy about the place... that's why I coined the place surfass for so long. I'm curious to see the renovations though, I have heard good things.
Helsinki... I do like it.. but I do miss the place that was before it, The Well.. but that is more for nostalgia. They couldn't look any more different though!
That place has always had attractive bar staff though.. I dated one myself.. hehe |
