The Breakfast of Champions

So what is it? What is the ideal breakfast?

Be it healthy or delicious, greasy or hard to digest. To you, what is THE breakfast that dominates?


Yan: Bowl of Oatmeal + Cup of Tea (preferably Earl Grey or Green/White Tea)

Doesn't sound like anything special but it's probably the healthiest route (and tasty to me, at least) anyone can take. Gives me plenty of energy to tackle the day and doesn't fill me up any more than I need to be.

I normally eat coconuts or whatever washed up on the beach overnight.

A good breakfast would be an omelette with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and ham.

with water as a beverage. Maybe some tea. Maybe some orange juice... I HATE when people say OJ.... :mad:

An egg white scramble with turkey and avacado with cranberry juice to drink. Oh man I'm so getting that tomorrow :eyespop:

Bankers Omelette (American Fried Potatoes, Green Onions, Thick cut Bacon, and Cheddar Cheese), Sourdough Toast (Thick Cut), an Orange Slice, Cranberry Juice, and a cup of Coffee.

a cup of oats with 1 tbsp of natural almond & peanut butter
6 egg whites w/2 whole omega 3 eggs cooked in xv olive oil
sometimes w/ sirloin steak, onions, & sweet peppers
3 pieces of whole grain toast

a glass of pineapple juice ftw.
