well lets answer you mate
first of all house is bigger here than trance music
while we have here local house dj's (mosylt electro) and also local dj's and places you can find styles like breakbeat minimal and techno (even some are in underground places) the trance scene here is barely alive
no local talents that play on a regular basis anywhere
big names we see here at least once a month - trance dj's once in a few months armin was here last month ferry will be here this month - maybe it's getting better - i hope to see one trance dj per month at least (not necesarrily only big names)
and thats it i think you may ask anything that interesting you i think we can give you the info you need |

thats true,
house is dominante around my city at least, talking about haifa
psytrance raves are around all the summer, its sort of underground scene... spicealy in the desert and in some beautiful places in the mountains of the north of israel.
as far as i know about other kinds of music,
u'll be able to find good trance parties, but u'll have to
keep up with the details to be sure for the right time for you to come.
im sure some of the guys who lives in tel-aviv or jerusalem could give you more details about thier city..
anyway let us know what are you looking for & when..
peace :D |

| You guys totally ignored psytrance. There are 2 scenes for psytrance. The club scene, and the underground scene. The club scene consists of the best psytrance djs and producers in the world, and includes Astrix, Skazi, Infected Mushroom, X&I and many more. The underground scene consists of a little different kind of music and djs, but if you are into it you can also see big names of this genre, because the best djs and producers actually live here. Of course at small local clubs there are local djs playing psytrance, among with other styles, but I personally think that psytrance is taking the same place as house in our little country. |

must of us feel safe around israel,
although we got this situation.. even in days like today,
we won't stop our live just becouse of some 16years old terorist..
with all the pain that this includes, we will keep on raving!
u are welcome to do so as well. |

| thanks, will keep all your comments in mind. now how expensive are things over there? flight(which air lines?), best seasons to go? miami is dead here after WMC |
|
|
| KrazyDJs |
Don't really know about costs, but EL Al is our main flight airline.
Best season? Summer ! :)
And about the expensive question, it all depends on what you call expensive... |
