Here let me help you out Nick...
Armin put me to sleep with some uber-boring trance.
Nic Fanciulli kept holding the peaks of the songs too long.
Rauhofer busted the house room's sound system... Deep Dish couldn't even perform...
Stephan, Danny and Alain kept lowering and rising the volume... *snicker* danny T *snicker*
Preach played his remix of song 2 by blur with a BPM count of 220
Marco G kept playing the electric guitar... YOU ARENT THAT FAR BACK MARCO! :P ;) :P
Infected wouldn't stop crowd surfing... crazy Isrealis...
I wish I could say any of this happened but, lets be honest,

i said i wasnt going to this event but..
after going to living anddrinking two bottles of greygoose with JL,
vermz, and jay i guess i had to
it took me and jay forever to oark the car
once inside we met up with some TA's: erika, all-nite-freak, marcus, laurence the boeuf, aria-clubber, magic and probably others
the music was chill in the house room, but i didnt like the sound in the trance room during armin's set
overall it was a good night
p.s. where the were all the rest of the TA's especially anne? |

I have no voice so I'm glad to be able to describe my BeB in straight text. Arrived at 1130pm and got in within 15 mins, maybe a bit less. It took awhile for me to get into the vibe, but you could see that the night was gonna be sick as the music started thumpin' as we entered the Palais. I like the fact that you could get food around the clock and that the kiosks sold everything from sunglasses to sex toys, didn't expect the latter.
Made my way to the Tech room first and I gotta say, Fanciulli was tearing it up. There, I met my first TA, Kendo and unfortunately, that was it. I saw MVB (Monika) on the house room stage (VIP?) but that was about it. As a bonus, my Vancouver friends were able to get me into the VIP.. however, it seemed like the exotic engineers from Wanda's strip joint were all there :toothless
From there we made our way to the washrooms, climbing the steps and going thru the maze that is called the Palais - portables needed!!!! This was truly disappointing but at least the water was ice cold. Over to the house side (and where I proceeded to spend most of the night), Alain Vinet was spinning and he was an awesome surprise. David Guetta was on next and although his set started off well, I thought the much of it was mediocre. And I will say the same for Deep Dish (and IM in the Tech room) during the latter parts of their sets. By then, I had lost two groups of ppl, and spent quite a bit of time text messaging, trying to locate them. That cut substantially into AVBs set, plus I was feeling ill for a bit so had to chill :p
Stephan Grondin and Peter Rauhofer were also excellent but I didn't listen enough to Preach and AVBs sets to get an appreciation.. though what I did hear from Preach (about four tracks) failed to get me jumpin. I was disappointed to not hear AVB at his fullest, I love Armin's Live at Trance Energy Ultrecht, which I recently just got my hands on.
Music=9.0
Vibe=9.0
Women=9.0 (would be ten if so many of them weren't 'rippers :p)
Organisation of event=6.5
Surprise of the night=Alain Vinet
Letdown of the night=washroom situation, no ATM, bright lights at 8am & IM. |

no guys when I tel you that this was absolutely my TOP party night EVER... I really mean it!! wowowowo I for one didn't move from the house room...
we got there at about 4:30..i'm not too sure who was playinjg so we were just walking around...but guys when deep dish came on...WOWOWOOWOW

so dark and deep and sexy omg ssooooo my style EVERYONE was having such a blast
I got up on that little podium and didnt stop dancing for a second
now everyone calls me teh energizer bunny hahaha
anyways its such a shame that most of u didnt hear them
BUT I was sooo expecting them to play that "This is Miami" track????!!! WHYY DIDnT THEY????? that mad me sad :(
Anyways it was super cool to see some of you....but not that many cuz like I said I stayed glued to taht little podium the entire night left when teh lights came on...
the only TA I recall was partying hard during deep dish also was Elie I believe?? WWWOoooo U rock!!!
couldnt have been a more enjoyable night...seriously

Good Party, not great but OK.
Got in around 1 AM it was Jam pack inside. Listen to a bit of Nic Fanciulli he was ripping the place out. Then went to check out David Guetta, good house music . A bit commercial but really nice to put us in the beat. Went to see Infected Mushroom for a few minutes. IM is just too fast, I was diing tryng to keep up with the beat. Finally saw Armin, the whole reason of goiing this year and it was just ok. I expected him to play trancy but it wasn't like thursday night in Toronto at all. He drop a couple of nice tracks. But It wasn't the same Armin that played Red-Lite, Trance Energy and the Guvernment. He adjust is style for the night.
Overall an ok night.
