firstly, if you guys dont want this here just say so and ill delete it and move it to the music producers forum. the only reason i didnt is cuz this is just kinda a half assed experiment tune that im just wondering whether or not to dump.
ok, so i've just been screwing about with this track on and off for the last week or two. i've listened to it far too much and lost any objective opinion of it. cue mwtas.
is this even worth continuing? the structure is really random, but thats its appeal for me.

Ok, going through it now m8...
My first thought upon hearing it is "Oh Noes... Electro'ey sounding stuff... I dunno about this..."

The break at 1:10 is SICK!
The synths that come in shortly thereafter are SICK! (Though they sound like they could perhaps use a better mixdown... :conf: )
At 2:00 you have me in love with this track... So sick and dirty... Doesn't go at all in the direction I predicted, totally sick.
The high percs that come in on the break at 2:42 are not my thing at all... Least favorite part of the track so far.
3:17 = Bomb.com... OMGWTFCHARLIEH4X!
IMO this has a ton of potential and I really dig it a lot. In fact, I DEMAND that you finish it up and get me a copy so I can give it a proper work out on the decks this Saturday night and see how it works in action ;)

Mixed reviews so far. We'll see what happens with it. I think I'll bring it down to the quest tonight before Lostep and try it on a big system :D

This is pretty solid, I'd definitely stick with finishing it out and seeing what comes off it. The synth that comes in after the 3 min mark I can see doing some significant damage on a dancefloor. Chuck this in your set tonight and let us know how it goes over :) |
