ctrl + alt + del ... find the prog and terminate it
then you should be able to delete it
or restart to dos and delete there...
also...
if everything else fails...format C: /s is the way to go :p
or the knife...but I would save it for the last chance...and...take a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG knife |

| If you dont know how it got there its probably some wort of spyware, so go download "Adaware" or Spybot Search and Destroy, it will help you to delete it |

Def. sounds like spyware. If you have to remove it manually, try booting into safe mode and seeing if you can delete it that way. also, try:
1. Start>Run
2. type CMD and hit [ENTER]
3. Navigate to the directory
4. Erase the file using the erase commmand. |

| booting into windows safe mode will probably be the easiest way. Boot up and hit f8 until you get a startup menu asking u what u want to do. Boot into safe mode (booting may take 3x longer than normal). Once booted, uninstall/delete app. then reboot back into windows normally. |

ctrl+alt+del->processes->find it, and terminate it->delete file
easiest and best way. many people try to end it from "applications" that won't work. this is what i do everytime i need to delete some of my spyware . |
