I know that if you have a tendancy towards mental disability (such as schizophrenia, bi-polar, manic depressiveness), crack and other hard drugs can make it more profound.
If you're very concerned for him, I think you should sit him down and tell him how serious you think things have become. Explain to him that he needs help, and ask him if he would be willing to go to rehab.
If he refuses, or denies it, you may want to approach his family. You may lose the frienship, and/or may get him thinking you betrayed him, but having his family know and be able to help him before he's six feet under is the best thing a real friend can do. |

worst thread evar. crackheads will never be "un-addicted." once you're hooked, you're hooked for life. even if they quit.. ten years from now, show him a big, fat, free 2oz crack rock and he'll smoke it up in a heartbeat. |

dude he doesnt have any family, hes been on his own since he was 12. his adoptive parents could care less and they live far away. |
