not really, crack is cut with baking powder and it's usually a cheaper type of cocaine. |

cocaine hcl is a "salt," it is naturally acidic. crack is cocaine hcl, mixed with a base such as baking SODA or ammonia. this makes the coke evaporate into a smoke which is easily inhalable.
crack is coke that has been "base-ified" hence the name "freeBASE." |
