yeah sometimes i wish i asked them if i could have all the money, since i DID find it (it was in a garbage can lol...don't ask why i was digging in there).

Ive returned one or two cellphoens ive found on the back steps when leaving cinemas behind teh screens.
Taken both to the service counter and turned htem over, or two the clean up employees that come in afterwards.

| I found one of those USB jump drives in Niagara Falls last yr on the road where I pulled my car over. Took it into work, was able to go thru some documents and figure out the owner, who lived in TO. I emailed him to tell him I'd found it, and he said it was important to him, so I dropped it off at his place. His wife offered a reward but I refused. It's all good. |

Manila was a stopover on the way to thailand. Cheaper flight that way (saved half).
Weird place. Looks like latin america but everyone speaks english and looks asian. Very poor though. And ive never seen such cheap prices! Shopping there is amazing.
As for the third world comment. I once dropped a $20 US bill in Argentina and had the shopkeeper come running after me to return it. |

We all pretty much vacation in the 3rd world. Thats pretty much what the carribean is :) |

Manila is in the Philipines yes...south east asians...thus the reason they look asian. There is some Spanish decent in there as well. Unfortunatly you are right now, it's not that rich of a country. |
