If this girl doesn't want to shave then the thing to do would be to decide if you can accept that and how badly you want this girl.
If you can't accept that and this is just some fling, dump her and move on.
If this girl is like air to you, then respect her and learn to accept it, rather than forcing it on her. She is not a "loser" or "nasty" just becuase she doesn't conform to your perception of what is "right" or "clean".
