That overused sound of children laughing...

Basically it's the same sound of a child laughing that I've recognised from movies, TV commercials and computer software. Specifically I've heard it in the opening scene of 'Face Off' when Travolta and son are on the carousel, at just under 90 minutes into 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' on some 'Encarta' software (can't recall the version) in the intro music and I think a 'Direct Line' car insurance advert.
My brother's also noticed it pops up in different places, I was just wondering if anyone else had in this instance.
I'll record and upload the sound if no-one gets what I'm talking about. |

Uh huh. I just find it amusing that these big projects rely on canned audio. It's obviously the easy option, just a bit cheap is all :) |
