drinks are expensive, and imo the layout's not very good -- long room loosely divided into four sections by the DJ booth and sheer curtains. best bet is immediately in front of the booth or the elevated sides in VIP. not sure how it's going to do with digweed -- it couldn't hold the crowd for AVB but handled satoshi nicely.

According to the promotor, the valet area (where the entrance is) is going to be turned into a lounge/chill area with sound pumping, couches, & viz screens. They did this for Deep Dish a while back...I saw it as I went in but never returned...my business is on the dancefloor...:eyespop:
The lounge area inside Seven is basically going to be moved outside. The curtain is going to be pulled back and the boxes near the back of the dancefloor removed. This will essentially create one large dancefloor...I hope.
It will be rammed regardless...:whip: |

its going to be a great show. full access events are always a good time. if youre really concerned about being too crowded, just spring for the vip tickets. problem solved
and yea, i was at the deep dish concert and it was just fine. the vip wasnt too crowded and neither was the outside patio (my date and i were able to sit back on the couches for a while and relax with plenty of room to spare). the patio that guy was talking about is the little smoking area patio - and yea thats way small. the area they are going to set up is in front of the building. the breeze works out well and there is PLENTY of room. it may get a little crowded considering this is THE MAN himself playing, but i dont think it will be miserable. |
