It's all about the attitude... but besides that, it's something along the lines of owning a "supped-up" sports car with stupid looking lights, stickers with some sort of arrogant phrase, and spoilers half as big as the car itself, spending half their free time "cruising" (also known as driving around in circles), listening to Hits 103.5-type music (for those TO natives here) at full blast with the windows down (despite the temperature), wearing tight shirts to show off whatever muscle they have, going to clubs just to "pick up broads", and basically acting like they can kick anyone's ass :rolleyes:
If that didn't clarify the definition, I suggest everyone go to AG and download "No Gino No Cry" and "Don't Blame Me Because You're a Gino", both by the Doo-Wops... quality stuff :D
and I agree, let's never speak of the mother of all things cheese, freestyle, ever again... |

| I'll admit, I used to be a gino too. Cruisin' up & down hwy 7, chilling in the parking lot of Coffee Time, and I even used to promote for Wet-Jam, an all-ages gino promotion group. But then I realized that I wasn't enough of a prick to be a gino, I didn't have mommy & daddy's money to buy a civic to soup up, and I started getting more into trance than I already was. My hair is no longer spiked, it's now in the process of growing long. I still drive my beaten up mustang, b/c that's all I can afford. And most importantly, I make desicions without needing to give a sh*t about what the coffee time boys will think. Gawd, I hate ginos so much now! |

Well, I don't really passionately hate ginos, they just annoy me. But I do hate ignorant and closed-minded people, which 95% of ginos are. I don't enjoy the company of people who feel better when they make other people feel like sh*t, and the word "geeve" sends shivers up my spine everytime I hear it. What i'm basically trying to say is that even though I don't like ginos as a group of people, there may be a few that I like individually. I'm a nice guy....but only if you're nice to me.

in this world there are many ppl U will find not to like and/or agree with. but don't start categorizing everyone in groups and saying they're all the same. remember, the same happens to us, trancers/ravers/electronica fans. and we don't like it. and, even on this forum, we are at different levels of understanding the music we listen. but we are all trancers. some make good impression about the genre, some make bad. that's how it goes. but don't be childish, ignorant and plain stupid in Ur thinking in life
this is not meant as a flame to anyone that posted on this thread so far but to those that do these kinds of things - like hating ginos and rating them and all. God have mercy of U!

im sorry man i was once to labeled as a gino....and the ppl in chat still do label me as one....which i laugh...but either way ur a gino man...its ok...theres a place to go if its hard....they can give u help there...its called woodbridge...ull fit right at home...just hang out at the arcades at the colossus and drive ur civic up and down highway 7 ull feel alot better trust me...and remember COFFEE TIME is open 24 hrs there....so go dress up in ur best suit and head over |
