Josh and Dave KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!
Amazing set, flawless mixing, deadly basslines, incredible vibe and even better crowd -- and they kept the balcony closed which made the floor full yet very intimate. Did not get bumped, pushed, elbowed, or hit by one washing machine or anyone for that matter (and this is Ruby Skye!).
One of the best atmospheres I've seen at that club. Everyone I ran into was having a great time and had a smile on their face -- especially the djs, they were really working the crowd and lovin it.
Glad to see you again Dave and glad Michelle made it out for a bit too -- sucks I didn't get to say hi to her. :)
Anyways I don't have a complete tracklist because I wanted to just be in the moment and let go to the music but i do recall these g&d - dust in the wind, markus with g&d - without you near, g&d - tracking treasure down (2 mixes -- both sick as ), imogen heap - hide & seek (???? remix), beber & tamra - travelling on (g&d remix)!!!, oakenfold - southern sun (g&d remix), peresma - swing to harmony (g&d remix), armin ft g&d - zocalo, g&d - let go, and sooo many others that I couldn't ID -- can't wait for their album because I heard some of the sickest basslines and breaks in a long time.
Oh and after tonight I will never miss a G&D show again -- period! :p |

I swear they played some for a dub remix of Gabriel & Dresden ft. Molly - Tracking Treasure Down (Kyau vs. Albert Remix). Could be wrong, though. Just the music sounded like it was from the remix, but no vocals. Again, could be and probably wrong. :p

They did a couple accapellas over tracks to. Know one of them used an Eminem track. Josh was playing the music in Ableton and Dave was playing the accapella out of the CDDJ. |

i would say this was easily the best g&d show i've been to yet. the queue was full of surprises that really set this show apart from last five i've been to. they started off slow for the first hour or so cause the floor was still filling up, but once there was a decent sized crowd, boom! they drop eleven, 6 min before 11... such a massive track! from that track on the energy level in the club shot way up! dave and josh got pretty crazy with the mixer at times too, moreso i'd say than usual. some other tracks i remember are...

...aaand i'm drawing a blank. some of the most massive tracks are the ones no one could id, which i'm assuming are mostly on the album??? the crowd was great also. the floor was filled most of the night but there was still plenty of room around you to move. spundae thursday/sunday events really do draw the best crowds for your money. rude and cracky people were probably the lowest i've seen....ever. this set really should have been recorded... i think it kills spirit ny |

G&D rocked the night!
I got there and within a few minutes G&D had me back into a good mood after getting pulled over for having out-of-state license plates with rear plate only (North Carolina). Wow, so much fun. I just wish I wasn't delayed getting there and didn't miss the first hour. I didn't get to hear Eleven. :(
The sound was great, not too loud at the beginning but cranked to just about the perfect level for the finale. All the IDs I have are already listed for the most part, except there was a remix of Holden & Thompson - Nothing played

| yeah if it wasn't for work, the crowd wouldn't have thinned out by 3am, and they probably would have played a 5.5 hour set :o |
