i just confirmed my csulb intent to enroll. it shall be for industrial design. hope it works out and i can find a good combination of both fun/study. thanks for all the suggestions.

Beware though, that major I heard people do not leave the buildings for 3-5 days at a time working on their models.
Like I said if you do end up comming here, I can give you a pretty good tour :). |

| ucsb actually has one of the best engineering departments in the country if you wanna do something like computer science/ engineering or something along htat line. Berkeley, stanford and mit are the only better ones as far as i know. |

this response was too good... I cracked up so hard.
Caltech is an elite school if you're you're committed to the sciences. However..... you really better be committed to them as your social life won't be that great, considering the size of the school ~1000 undergraduate student body (not freshman class, this is the entire undergraduate body) and a less than stellar male/female ratio, I believe it was something along the lines of 70/30. |
