just had my dad in my room complaining how bored he is with listening to the stuff of his youth and he wants me to burn him some 'chilled trance'. so i gave him a cd with these on:

| give him some remixes of classic rock songs (the doors, queen, etc)...my dad (woodstock generation) HATES my music -- "it has no soul!"...but when i played for him some of the old school songs remixed he was like "oooo, this is kind of cool". go figure. |

| My mom's enjoyed some remixes of older tunes, and newer stuff from artists like Chab and Suicide Sports Club. My dad likes older remixes as well (mostly U2), and once every couple of months will listen to Moby, Dieselboy's projectHUMAN, or Tiest0r's Nyana. My grandma likes a lot of Trance, as well. |
