Problem with my Ipod

| I was listening to Chus & Ceballos on my Ipod, when all of the sudden it stopped functioning and the screen froze. I tried everything - turning the wheel right and left, pressing all kinds of buttons and even slamming it against the wall, but it still wouldn't work. Maybe I need to change the battery.... I've got so much music saved on it. Does anyone know where I can change the battery and how much it costs? |

my friend had the same problem within first 14 days of the purchase and nothing helped
she got her money back and got a good mp3 player instead of this over-advertised piece of crap |

LOL!! Banging it against the wall doesn't really solve the problem, rather can kill your hard drive and void your warranty ;)
Have you tried resetting it?
Yeah do what funkygroove suggested, try to get a refund or get it fixed.
And yes get another kind of mp3 player, there are many companies out there that make amazing one, Iriver, Iaudio and Creative (creative zen vision :eek: ) are a few to name. :) (ipod's are e.) |

It died from the sheer awesomeness of Chus and Ceballos. I've seen heads explode the same way. you're lucky. ;)

| No way I could return it. It's been more than 8 months or so. The funny thing is that the screen is always lit....so I'll wait until the battery goes dead and then try to recharge it. If it does't work afterwards.....then I dunno....I say Chus and his buddy Pablo for ruining my Ipod :) |

turn Hold on, then turn Hold off
hold in the Menu and Select buttons for 5 seconds. |
