i don't worry too much because it does not help me...however when i do worry it is usually about a friend: but that is usually the only time....

On average I don't worry that much, however like anyone there are times when my worrying increases...
its easy to say you don't worry to much if you don't have anything to worry about, but that isn't always true!

*~LiSa-LoO~*
Ask ANYONE I'm a worry wart and a half! It causes so much stress sometimes. I've made an active effort at trying not to any more, and have made some progress. But I'm with you Margs...I worry about everything!

What else is there to worry about?

Once one is able to grind, everything else just seems to fall into place.

I have little mantras I repeat in my head when I worry or things seem too much which help put whatever it is I'm worrying about into perspective.

Mantras are great! ^5

I tend to over-think too much... which is I suppose is basically worrying...

When I'm worrying too much, I find reading a novel helps unravel my mind and loosen emotions...

Hardly ever worry. I'm kind of backwards, I should worry about important stuff but tend to be the opposite.
