Ya, it was an awesome night, man was I ever drunk too !
Didn't see u Sean ? I was in the front the whole time.
The basslines were awesome, and getting out of there at 4am was even better :D !!!
At the end the encore was composed of Rolling Stones remix, Prince Remix :crazy:, Gorillaz - Dare, and Daft Punk, some crazy remix of around the world.
Hadn't been out to a good edm night in a while, I'm starting to enjoy I love neon parties more and more though.

AHHH! ok, what a wonderful weekend. i'm just going to put my review of both nights into this thread...it started from not even expecting to go anywhere this weekend, to just returning home now, soooo psyched. impromptu plans are ALWAYS the best...
Friday: Get into the city that night and head over to Pure to see Anthony Pappa...Nice looking club...the dj came on (i forget his name), and he was really really dope...great tracks, very upbeat, lots of sander...so I guess Pappa bailed, but that's ok, because the crowd was loving this guy...and there were plenty of TA's there to make it a great time...
Saturday: Headed over to Julius'...man, it's always a pleasure to listen to you spin...it's only a matter of time before you have a crowd of fans in front of you in a club, instead of your living room. Nice chilling with everyone...so then we headed out to SAT to see Tiga...and all I can say is --- MON DIEUUUUUUUUUUU!!! What a sick club!!! It's even crazier that it's government run...wow I am living in the wrong place for sure...there was an awesome vibe to the night, the crowd was crazy and some people were loving the S&M a little too much, practially no room to dance...my first time seeing Tiga, and certainly not my last (I don't care if he doesn't mix up his sets, they're still insane)...danced my ASS off, and called it an early night (hah, well just in time to see the sunrise). Yayyy for egg-spectation + Mount Royal to make the last day wonderfully relaxing. omg and I finally tried Poutine...Shara: "It feels like you're chewing on rubber, but it tastes like cheese" :nervous:
It was a pleasure meeting/seeing: ImmyJ (nice to put a face behind the infamous posts), Unique (hehe...i still forget your real name), Dj Vicci (wonderful party), Louis (thank you for the passes), nice meeting Jay and seeing Meo again, Moevalith (pleeeeeez keep producing, I need to hear more of your tracks!), Julius (omg you need to send me some songs on msn), Sean Walsh (thank you for everything, you outdid yourself!), Enjoy (sorry it was so brief!), Mitsutranza (last weekend to party? noooo way, the summer is meant for partying!), Max (we have to work on finding some fake id's for the states), Lopi-Alex (should have listened to you, we wound up bailing at aria, p.s. sunless tanner), Juan (awesome chilling w/ you and your g/f), Bertuzz (HAHAHAHAHA, srsly man, you are ing hilarious, if only we had a video camera), Jesse (always great to see you), Tag (so happy you made the trip, it's always more fun when you're around), and HUGE THANK YOU to Erika (you're such an sweet girl, you have no idea how much your hospitality/generousity is appreciated...we'll have to do this again soon) and Shara (omfg
you are a lifesaver, i always have an amazing time with you, and whenever you want to go up, let me know, and i'll be there in a heartbeat...and yes, i did post the pictures)...... :)

Well I just woke up after a crazy crazy night/morning. I originally wasn't going to go out last night at all. In the end, I had a nutso night, ran into a lot of new faces and ended up at aria and still can't get over it.
Around 1:45am, my buddies and I went to SAT and tried to cut a deal with the girl to let us in for cheaper. She said no, 30$ or bust. So we said that. Went for poutine across the street at which point I said, I'll try to get in again. On the 2nd try, it was a drunk girl manning the door this time, so I slipped her a 20$ and got in no questions asked. My buddies weren't so lucky, but in my head I was only gonna stay for an hour then bounce anyways...or so I thought :rolleyes:
SAT had a really sick vibe, the place was jammed upstairs! Alcohol at an EDM party FTW. As I think Lopi said, the screens with I Love Neon flashing everywhere just made the atmosphere that much better. I would definitely go back to SAT and was very impressed with the setting, crowd, everything. Only complaint were the bitchy coat-check girls who refused to take my jacket. I argued with them for 5 minutes and finally got my way. Losers.
I got inside and low and behold, 5 minutes later, I recognize Jesse dancing on the platform haha. And low and behold, he's with the rest of the TA crowd, so random. It was great to finally meet everybody; Tag bro minkia bro!!! Caela Burlington Coat Factory ! I don't know why I kept saying that hahaha...oh boy. I'm glad you guys didn't have a video camera :tongue3. Sean Walsh you drunken monkey, at least I wasn't the only one :stongue: . I was loving the 5 dollar Carlsbergs too. Azia and Stereohead, my Aria companions later, it was awesome partying with you guys! Jester what happened to the 40 McNuggets? I was really looking forward to that. Lopiii elfy elfy elfy, I've been worse baffoon before muhaha.
No but seriously guys/girls it was sick running into you guys and I was really fortunate that I did. Otherwise it would have been an uneventful hour or so for Tiga then off to bed. All I remember was dancing on that platform, jumping from the top of it to the floor below, having my feet fall from out under me because the floor was wet and hit the ground. So embarassing hahaha.
I only heard an hour or so for Tiga because 'everyone' was going to Aria afterwards...Tracklisting forget it. He did play 'You Gonna Want Me', I know that much. Downed my last beer, then seems like we walked around for 2 hrs aimlessly. Ended up at somebody's car, then for food next to Stereo. Then on to Aria and everyone split up.
