i like street fighters better, but mortal kombat always had more graphics. |

please dude, mortal kombat any day over fighter, no doubt about it.
mortal kombat = photorealistic graphics (at least before it got 3D), great character designs/innovative character skills (they can freeze, shoot spears, blow fireballs, spit acid, punch you in the balls), and awesome character animation (when an MK dude does a roundhouse kick, it looks like what an actual martial artist would do).
street fighter = cartoonish, choppy animation ( just like most anime ), weird ing character selections (it's a ing melting pot, they have X-men, spiderman, plain karate guys, hulk-sized giants, wtf). |

The two gaming series are both good in various aspects so you can't really say one is better than the other. It all comes down to personal preference.
I enjoy Street Fighter a bit more, personally. |

Bah, MK's early graphics were lame and cheesy looking. And you're going to tell me that these guys:

SF Series all the way n00b! It takes skill to be good at SF, it takes quick button mash abilities to be good at Mk... No contest.
Ryu would eat Kabal's sould, n00b :p
Edit: Oh man did I just self pwn - I'm not going back and fixing those pics. In order its supposed to be: Stryker, Nightwolf, Sektor, and Kabal... :( |

nice pics. Kabal is ing amazing, he's my avatar if you haven't noticed. I mean, how awesome is his mask? It's like ... scooba gear mixed with night vision, and all these tubes and cables that make him look fully equipped - front to back - like whoa! |
