Yeah bro - It was great to get ytour texts last night. Sorry I didn't answer when you called, I was ragin' a headache, but I'm glad that a certain letter of the alphabet took good care of you last night... ;)
Oddly enough - Even though I'm not a huge Hawtin fan (though my respect for his skills is undeniable; Only real big name DJ out there doing anything interesting with Abletr0n :)), last night for some reason I really really wished I could have been at Mantra.

Lawl... agreed, but beyond that, I really wanted to see Hawtin for some reason - Not even necessarily for the tunage (which I'm sure was great, but I really wouldn't have a clue in that realm as I don't really have anything to compare his live sets to other than DE9), but just to see the dude work l live.
It was strange - I've never really had that bad a craving to see a DJ I don't really know all that much about. Maybe it was re-reading the "homo techno"/Hawtin is a crazy ****** stories from WMC this week... :) |
