I just got chased by a guy in a quarry truck

I'm driving along this road and the guy in front of me is in a small people carrier is going a bit slow, i look for somewhere to overtake but its not safe. We both turn onto a different road with a slip road on, and after we turn on, this quarry truck comes up behind us both, so theres now 3 of us.
The road we're now has a long straight (good 10 seconds at 50mph), but the car in front of my (slowly) puts his foot down, so i didnt want to overtake. The quarry truck beind me has the amazing idea, of trying to overtake us both! He started his move when we're both doing 40mph, me and the other car are slowly getting upto 55mph, and this quarry truck whose flooring it (lots of torque, no acceleration) to get up to overtaking us both cant get past, coz me and the car in front are both getting faster too.
So for a good 5 seconds this truck is driving parallel with us both on the other side of the road. Im in my car (which is a small european 2 door sports car) thinking "what the is he doing??" - and had two options: Put the breaks on and atleast let him in in front of me to end this madness, or stay in file, keep my speed, and make him fall back and end this stupid move.
So i stand my ground, the 3 of us carry on taking up the whole road and a corner comes so he falls back into line - right on my ing bumper. So hes about 2 feet away, twatting his horn and flashing his lights. The guy in front of me gets his hand out the window and sticks his middle finger up.
So we come to a round about, i decide to go all the way around, let the truck go his way and i'll pick another route, only he decides to follow me round. 2 goes around the round about im getting worried - his truck would squash my car without even feeling it, so im 2 seconds away from diving into a junction, and doing an immediate 180 degree tight turn around a cone, and blasting back off, knowing he wouldnt be able to turn around. Just before i do this he picks a junction, and goes off - just happens to be the same junction the car in front of me went down.
Probably gone to chase after him now. Unbelieveable. |

Even if i had stopped to "get out" theres nothing to say he wouldnt have mowed over my car for fun before driving off. |

I misread the title, as I'm drinking, and I thought it said I got chased by a gun in a quarry truck, made me :wtf: and I thought somewhere in the story someone would have a gun, big disappointment. |

Sounds like that time I told you that story when I got chased by a ford f-450 with a turbo diesel engine.
