Arrived with Dennis, my Bro and Simon at 1145ish, waited about 30 seconds in line, then we were in. Awesomeness. We stayed in Guv long enough to use the bathrooms and hit the bar then headed towards the KH. Dropped by Gallery to say hi, luckily enough, ran into Ben, Jeff, Heidi, Ortemy, said Hi to Aaron - Sounded good my friend! Great to see you guys! It's been too long!
So headed over to KH, Was busy, but with room to dance...perfect. Not too many people walking and pushing around...it was nice for a change. Mind you, I wasn't close to front and centre, but compared to Guv, it was good. My bro and I took a walk towards guv at one point, heard the opening line of flashdance, but a) it was too slow after kh, and b) it was WAY too rammed So we headed back. Music was good. Zincs set rocked it!!! Shy FX was good also....At one point I was over with my buddy from work, and then he dropped a tune that D and I both love and I ran back to him quicktime, and we were like whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat! Hahha It was good...Andy C was ok.. I think he was better at Labour of Love, but thats just me...I was also tired by that time....13 hour shifts 3 days in a row will be the death of me!
Ben! ty, I cant believe I missed you in the KH! Also, shouts out to Emz and Sonny. |

whoa what a night!
even though I called it a night rather early (4:30), I arrived early and had tons of fun
Jason, thank you so much for giving me a ride and for taking me in for free, you are just great :) was fun spending the begining of the evening with you in the Drink, Manzone & Strong kept dropping some fantastic tunes!
I ended up spending most of my time in the Gallery, DJ Mute & Laki, Aaron Mossey and then of course Ortemy made the crowd go insane! Ortemy, my friend you did an excellent job last night, keep it up! I expect to see you in the Guv more from now on!

Brant, you were amazing company last night! I felt exactly like you did, since I arrived early and have not seen anyone at all! hopefully more nights like this! glad to hear you had a save drive there and back...moment of the night: being offered an inhaler! wtf :D
Jen! grrrrrr!! I missed your company a lot last night, but thank god for last minute bumping:D and damn! your russian is so good!:) haha:) you looked absolutely stunning in that black number of urs!

overal a good night, even though it was an early one for me this time..I actually enjoyed walking around the whole complex solo for the bit, but then when the place got too crowded it sucked being pushed against the railings and as usual, stomped over!

Deep Dish was pretty cool last night. Especially great night considering I was literally right in front of Sharam when he was spinning the first couple of hours of their set. I got some cool videos too which I'll post later.
Reading the reviews of Tiesto though I regret not going. My friends all wanted to see Deep Dish and I even sold my earlybird tix. Ahhh..maybe next time. |

i'm glad i went to freedom instead of tiesto still.
i went to see tiesto back in late 2004 and it was packed beyond belief and people there didn't seem friendly for some reason.
the guv was packed as usual but people would let you walk through and most didn't have a snobby attitude.
funky, i think i saw you in the guv and walked right passed you. i was going to say hi or see if it was really you but by the time i remembered i was already far :p

I've spent most of my night in Gallery, the music was so great there all night and there was actually some space to move and dance.

very well said John! Aaron, I owe you huge time, I told you yesterday and I am telling you now - I am very sorry about the way things worked out :( I've made it to Gallery at 11:35 and you were killing it with uber tunes:eyes: I am taking you out for the beer to make up for it!
Mute & Laki did an amazing job! The energy in the room got better and better with their dark and dirty sound that they produced last night :) I was dancing my ass off and so was everyone else.
Adam Green also played a good set of what he calls "hard house" and I found it to be combination of funky/electro/tribal house all mixed up in one thing:) Good job bro!
Jeff Breen, I believe I have not met you last night and I have not heard you play, but hopefully next time:)
Thanks to everyone that came out to support INTERFERENCE PRODUCTIONS and RAMPANT, my personal thanks also goes to John for making this thing happen:) You rule! For me it was one gig to remember :D |
