btw I started listening to trance 3 years ago. My all time fav is God Within - Raincry ,released: 1993 and Mr Fingers - Can you feel it , released: 1988 .
I am not saying that I am cool because I listen such old tracks but I find them better than the "intro - breakdown - outro" and "pling-plong" tracks.

| God, I can't wait until the worldcup is underway so it will start to become fashionable to make a mockery of something besides other's taste in music. Agree, disagree, or abstain if you really don't have anything to say-- but don't resort to bull personal attacks that aren't framed by what it is about the music that you find formulaic, unimaginative, etc. It just makes the forums clouded with petty attacks that dont resolve anything, and make us seem like bratty school girls. |

I Never said 'x-dream' was better than Armin. Maybe I think it, but I only replied to the person who insinuated that trance was not around 10 years ago. You need to start reading the threads more closely, I have not in any way insulted you in this thread at all. I'm a great fan of Armin overall, but I moved on from his sounds when he began playing things like Motorcycle, G&D etc as it didn't do anything for me. I won't be listening to ASOT, I'm not Jealous of him or anyone on it, it's just not the sounds I enjoy listening to nowadays. That does not make me a hater, an elitist or anything.
As for your personal insults on me. Come on, do you honestly think you're the first person to make fun of my weight, do you really think that gets to me? That posting pics of me on forums for people to photochop makes you get the better of me? I really don't give a about you, I only ever pointed out instances where you made stupid replies or topics. I Have no intentions of blocking you or putting you on an ignore list, I don't need to. You've already been suspended twice for attacks on me, why don't you grow up, move on, and just accept the fact that if you (or anyone else) posts something stupid, that people will pick up on it. |

a) i donīt think trance is dead
b) i donīt think asot is the only trance and iīve listened to MANY before asot existed. i know all the roots of todays trance, i was just not able to match it just from memory to the correct year in that moment.
man, this is crazy, originally i was not talking about some trance-knowledge but about the "maturity" of some of the bashers here. Making a constructive (yet negative!) post is the ability they absolutely lack of. |

Originally, noone was talking to you. You have just appeared from nowhere to defend an opinion which you think you have. Originally, i was reffering mostly to "Azz3d" (or whatīs her name) as i was surprised and disgusted with amount of blind hate in her post and sig. I was just sad some people have to present so much what they donīt like or hate instead of talking about things they love (if there are some). As I said, nobody was talking to you, if you would have read the thread patiently you would realize the problem we discussed was a bit different. |
