seriously... i had 4 beers over the course of 4 hours last night and i feel like today. wtf?! :(
i even ate good and made sure to drink a lot of water yesterday, thinking that would help, but it didn't. i'm glad i don't drink like i used to, but the fact that i feel like even after i drink a few beers makes me want to quick drinking entirely. |

i actually know several people who are seriously allergic to alcohol. they get all blotchy and red in the face and neck as soon as they even have a few sips. hahah that must suck! |

actually now that i think about it... maybe it's because i was drinking Guinness. is that stuff any worse for your body than regular or light beers?
