So after today I'm done with the sweet ass job I had working from home. I was doing sales for a resort, and they hooked me up with a laptop. My hours were perfect, and the money was good. But since I wasn't a top producer, I can't work from home anymore. I can probably stay at this job, except I'll have to work from the office...which is good because the hours and pay will stay the same. But it sucks cause I'll be supervised and all that crap.
So I'm not sure if I even want to do it anymore. I probably should suck it up, because I want my cake and to eat it too. I pretty much won't take a job if it interferes with my social life.
I'm really only working this summer so I can pay my bills and party, and this job covers that perfectly. I know if I looked for another job I wouldn't get such a sweet deal...and there's no way in hell I'm going to work my ass off somewhere else and have it cut into my free time.

I'm talking about right now. Not my future. I'm going to work my ass off when I'm a Nurse. But I will not, nor have I ever sacrificed my social life for ty part time work. |
