no offense but the people that hate on trance for "all sounding the same and unoriginal"... lately the swedish house mafia is sounding like the everywhere else in the world house mafia, and nothing by them is really mindblowing or barrier breaking lately... ill go cos its good nevertheless, but just voicing my views on those who hate on our trance DJs!

This topic has been covered repeatedly in Music Discussion. I do think that a lot of their stuff sounds similar, but there are also some very different sounds mixed in there. My main complaint is a lack of variety from set to set, since they use each other's stuff a bit too much.

That said, Axwell was really good at B.E.D. earlier this month, so I'm hoping Steve holds his own. I just listened to his T-Mobile set from this past weekend earlier today and I don't know if it was the broadcast (I think it was) or what, but there seemed to be some real mixing issues, where things stopped or started abruptly.

I dunno, but i was hoping it was because commercials and voiceovers were cut out by whoever recorded and distributed the set. What the hell happened at the end of Royksopp - What Else Is There? And I could have done without him cutting out Sweet Dreams to let the crowd sing (instead they just cheered and didn't get it)

^ yeah that was odd
