Dental Hypochondria

Heck, I'm going to the dentist this afternoon, and I really feel unconfortable with it. I've never had a cavity, but I'm always afraid I might have one... and the thought of having a sharp object tickling my teeth is not what I'd call "pleasurable".
I, hereby, warmly ask demand all TAs to pray for my teeth. They need prayer. And calcium. And fluorine. And less nerves. |

she kept drilling
but put some medicine
instead of a filling
I have to go back in a few months |

I was at the dentist a few weeks back. I hadnt went for quite a while because I never have any cavities or problems. When I went I had some tartar build up and the dentsit had to scrape it off first using a dril then a very sharp dental pic. My gums are really sensitive so I was bleeding ALOT. He was doing it as if he enjoyed seeing me in pain. I did the only thing I could, stay moitionless so it could all be overwith faster.
I was able to see what he was doing in the reflection of his glasses and it was pretty gushy. I also saw the suction tube and it was bloody as well.
It took like 2 days for my gums to heal up and I was fine afterward and my teeth look great. |
