I wouldn't say there are specific places you should go...there are great party spots all over the world, you can't really expect to go to all of them!
Personally I think the highlights of most professional party people's careers should include:
- at least a couple of road trips somewhere
- closing a club at some ridiculous hour
- dancing on a speaker
- getting kicked out of a club
- making out with someone random
- at least 10 photos which you'd like to destroy
- falling on your ass in the club or some other embarassing moment
- being a booth bunny or fawning over the DJ
- going to CoZo (this one is missing from my resume)
- the walk of shame through chinatown in your clubbing clothes at noon
- a cell phone full of numbers from people you don't remember the next day

go to a preparty, then off to the club, be the last person to walk out, hit an after party, then go to CZ, another after party... go home sleep for 4 hours and go to work, fall asleep on keyboard. :D |
