are you interested in just abstract economic theories or business type books in general?

I incline towards business type books but the inclination is little. Good economic theories are great...

I read Blink - fantastic book, a little slow though.

I found The Tipping Point to be alot better than Blink. It has to do with how small fads make their way into pop culture. As well, he touches on some social issues, talks a bit about the six degree's of seperation principle. It's a really cool read. If you liked Blink and Freakanomics....you'll definately enjoy The Tipping Point. It's been my fav. of the three.

I like Dale Brown's books. Specifically his stuff about the Megafortress.

This is my favourite by him, entitled "Storming Heaven."

Oh and by the way, is there any book around these days similar to Freakonomics which was released this time around last year...

Those kinda topics really fascinate me...

i am trying to finish up

A Scanner Darkly - Philip k. dick

b4 the movie hits this summer. hopefully the movie will be better than the book with it's cel shaded effects. i liked Blade Runner alot better than 'Do Androids Dream of Sheep'.

Yo Adi.

Are you still in Rochester, NY? If it is, I didn't know you are in town. Dang. How have u been? How are your gangs? Piyush, Ravish, You and me for Armin few yrs ago.. good times. Drop me a line sometime at [email protected] If it's possible, we might gonna go to party together.

For a book, I personally like a book called ' A Mathematician's Apology' by G.H hardy. G.H Hardy was cambridge mathematician who worked with Ramanujan, Indian math wunderkid. I think I saw a copy of that book in 3rd floor of Wally's. Or just google G.H Hardy on Amazon somewhere. Briefly, what I liked about this book is that he considered why public is fearin of mathematics based on his experience. Good luck.
